The Lagos State judicial panel of inquiry on restitution for victims of SARS-related abuses and other matters on Monday presented it's report which revealed that 11 protesters were killed at the Lekki Tollgate on Tuesday, October 20,2020.
Four persons were declared missing while 24 others were injured that night.
